ANS – Dorsal dermal sinus
Findings: Dorsal dermal sinus in the C5-C6 region coursing anteriorly and extends into the spinal canal at upper part of C4-C5 vertebrae level. Intradural sinus is poorly visible with tenting of the cervical cord in the posterior aspect at C5 vertebral level. Mild enhancement of the dermal sinus in the subcutaneous plane.
